Massive Swarm System is almost here
Massive Swarm System is in review at the Unity Asset Store. Once the team approves it (looks like sometime next week), it goes live, and the first two weeks are 50% off.
What it is
A centralized swarm simulation that runs 1000+ enemy agents at frame rate, built
for bullet-heaven, survivor-style, and zombie-horde games where the enemy count
is the game. One SwarmManager ticks the whole swarm in a single loop — no
per-agent Update, no DOTS, no NavMeshAgents to wrestle. Drop it in, set a few
values, and you have a working swarm in a few minutes.
The asset page has the full breakdown: the performance model, the built-in behaviors, the flow-field navigation, and the setup tooling.
The launch deal
For the first two weeks after it goes live, MSS is half price. No coupon, no sign-up — the discount sits on the store listing itself.
How you’ll know it’s live
I don’t have an exact date yet; it lands whenever the review clears. When it does, the asset page gets a buy link and a countdown to the end of the sale, and I’ll post here on the devlog. The quickest ways to catch the drop the day it happens: subscribe to the feed, or say hi on the channels listed on the contact page.
