Where to get help, report a bug, or send feedback.

Get help

Stuck on setup, or something isn't behaving the way the manual describes? Two ways to reach us:

  • Discord: the fastest way to get an answer. Ask a question, share a screenshot, or post a repro and we'll take a look. Other users hang out here too.
  • Email: write to support@creativespore.com and we'll get back to you.

Before reaching out, the Troubleshooting page covers the most common first-run issues (wrong layer masks, agents falling through the floor, the swarm not appearing) and usually has the fix.

The manual ships with the package

A PDF of this entire manual is at Assets/CreativeSpore/MassiveSwarmSystem/Documentation/MassiveSwarmSystem-Manual.pdf. It is the same content, offline and searchable, and it matches the package version you actually imported rather than whatever is newest on the site. Handy on a plane, and handy when you need to be sure which version a paragraph describes.

What support covers

Covered: setup and configuration questions, reproducible bugs, anything the manual describes inaccurately or doesn't explain well.

Not covered: writing game-specific gameplay features, debugging third-party assets or your own code, and general game-design consulting.

If you are not sure whether a question fits, ask anyway. The worst outcome is a pointer to a resource that can help.

Report a bug

Found something broken? Discord is the best place. Drop it in the channel and include:

  • Your Unity version and render pipeline (URP).
  • What you expected versus what happened.
  • Steps to reproduce it, or a small repro scene if you can.
  • Any console errors, with the full stack trace.

If you'd rather not use Discord, the same details by email work fine.
